Capitolis Secures Refinitiv’s Jessica Zall as VP and Head of Marketing


Capitolis, a technology provider for the capital markets, has a new addition to its executive leadership team, with the company announcing this Tuesday that it has appointed Jessica Zall to the newly created role of Vice President and Head of Marketing.

Zall, who joined the company from Refinitiv, will be based in New York for her new role and will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and founder of Capitolis, Gil Mandelzis.

As the Head of Marketing, Zall will be responsible for leading the overall marketing and brand strategy. She will be in charge of all of the company’s marketing activities. This includes its go-to-market strategy, brand building, public relations, communications, events, digital marketing, and lead generation.

Commenting on the appointment, the CEO of Capitolis said: “Jessica is a highly seasoned marketing leader with a proven track record of building global brands and delivering results for companies at critical points of their growth, making her a natural addition to our executive team.”

Jessica Zall joins Capitolis during growth period

Zall has more than 18 years of industry experience. She has worked at a number of start-ups, such as Reval, FundQuest and Envestnet, as well as at larger firms such as BNP Paribas, JP Morgan, Thomson Reuters and most recently, at Refinitiv.

At Refinitiv, Zall was the Global Head of Marketing Strategy from October 2018 until September of 2019, according to her LinkedIn profile. In this role, she developed marketing strategies which improved retention for the firm’s trading, investment management, investment banking, and wealth management business, the statement released today said.
